​Part of our initial conversation will likely include what will work best for you, including if you would prefer to work to a set number of sessions or keep our sessions open-ended. One of my roles as your therapist is to do myself out of a job, we therefore will always work with an end in mind, but can keep that open and flexible depending on your needs, wishes and circumstances.
