get a sense of how I work
There is no obligation to continue after this conversation.

-
online via Zoom

£70 per 50‑minute session
-
Sessions are paid by monthly invoice at the end of each month

Reduced‑fee spaces may be available for counselling trainees and those who are currently unemployed
When therapy comes to an end
Part of my role is to support you in developing the understanding, confidence, and self-trust to continue without therapy when the time feels right. I approach endings as a natural and meaningful part of the therapeutic journey — a moment to reflect on what has been explored, the insights you’ve gained, and the ways you can carry this understanding forward into your life.
